How It Works
Our integrated production model is designed to keep quality, safety, and sustainability under control at all times.
We start with organically certified larvae from our own hatchery. Strict biosecurity and welfare standards ensure healthy post-larvae ready for sustainable grow-out.
Post-larvae are stocked in low-density ponds across more than 460 hectares of certified organic farms. We rely on natural productivity and organic feed, avoiding synthetic fertilizers, chemicals, antibiotics, and hormones.
Shrimp are harvested at optimal size, quickly chilled, and transported in a controlled cold chain to preserve freshness, texture, and food safety.
In our certified processing plant, shrimp is graded, peeled, deveined, cooked (when required), and packed under strict HACCP and organic standards, ready for export.
The result: consistent, premium organic shrimp with full traceability from pond to plate.
